Privacy
The short version
VOLT4 is built local-first. Your matches, stats and preferences live on your device. You can play without an account. We collect the minimum needed to run the game and improve it.
What we collect
- Waitlist email (this site). If you join the waitlist we store your email address, a hashed version of it, the sign-up source and a timestamp — nothing else, only to tell you when VOLT4 launches. Ask us to delete it any time.
- Optional account. The game offers anonymous sign-in by default; linking a Google or Apple account is optional and only adds your account identity for future online features.
- Gameplay data. Match results, streaks, records and settings are stored locally on your device by default.
- Analytics & crash diagnostics. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us understand how the game is played and fix crashes. See Google's Firebase privacy information.
- Advertising. Not enabled in the current build. If ads ship, this page and the store listings will say so first.
Your data, your call
You can request deletion of your waitlist email or account data at any time, and the game includes in-app account deletion. Once community channels go live they will be listed here as the fastest way to reach us; a direct support contact is added with the final policy.
Children
VOLT4 is intended for a general audience (rated 4+ at launch). We do not knowingly collect data from children beyond what app-store rules permit for this category.
Changes
Material changes to this page will be dated and, where they affect you, announced before they take effect.
